• Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Management, Law or related discipline from a reputed university.

• Professional qualifications such as FCA/ACCA/CPA/CIA/FCMA will be preferred.

Minimum 15 years of banking experience with at least 03 years as Head of ICC or Audit Unit or Compliance Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Bank regulations, banking laws and internal policies.

• Develop, implement, and monitor effective internal control systems and compliance programs.

• Identify operational, regulatory, and compliance risks and recommend corrective measures.

• Ensure timely submission of regulatory and compliance reports.

• Coordinate with Bangladesh Bank, external auditors and internal stakeholders regarding compliance matters.

• Review policies, procedures and operational practices to strengthen governance and risk controls.

• Report inspections and findings to the Senior Management of the Bank.

• Foster a culture of compliance, accountability, and ethical business conduct throughout the organization.
