Professional certifications related to Digital Banking, FinTech, Information Security, Project Management or Technology Management will be an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of experience in digital banking of Banks/Fintech Company/Telecom/MFS Company along with at least 05 years of experience in leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital banking strategy align with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.
Oversee mobile banking apps, online/internet banking and digital payment platforms.
Drive innovation in fintech partnerships and digital products. > Formulate target-based action plans for customers' digital engagement.
Ensure customer protection, grievance settlement, risk mitigation, awareness program and internal control and compliance alignment for digital transactions.
Ensure cybersecurity and data protection compliance.
Lead digital teams and maintain relationship with technology-support providers/vendors.
