Minimum 15 years of experience in banks/financial institutions [out of which, at least 05 years in accounting and tax related activities of the bank].

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Bank's financial strategy align with overall business objectives.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Oversee financial reporting & regulatory reporting, audit, and internal controls.

• Maintain compliance with IFRS, banking laws, tax regulations and corporate governance.

• Manage capital structure, liquidity, and risk frameworks.

• Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and executive team.

• Liaise with regulators, auditors, rating agencies and investors.

• Digital transformation and process improvement.
