Internal Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement and maintain internal audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practices.
∎ Undertake Internal Audits to ensure the Company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives.
∎ Prepare and finalize risk based audit plan.
∎ Analyze performance of the business and suggest management the overall strategic directions.
∎ Review the financial statements and draw opinion to establish sound financial practice.
∎ Advise, supervise and oversee the audit activities carried out by audit team.
∎ Initiate special audit as per requirement of the Management.
∎ Ensure that effective accounting and internal controls are in place and ensure
∎ compliance with regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
∎ Prepare periodic report on business operations and report to Audit Committee.

∎ Sound Interpersonal Skills
∎ Practical experience in using Microsoft Office package and accounting software like ERP, Tally etc.
