Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to evaluate the production of garments for product performance, cost and delivery.
∎ Have to plan and for factory maintenance to make sure that all equipment is functioning properly.
∎ Have to involve with style selecting and similarity allocation in production plan
∎ Have to sustain factory efficiency along with considering thread usage & wastage with correct consumptions
∎ Have to manage the production staff to achieve the produced hours at planned efficiency through improved productivity and quality on short-term basis.
∎ Have to monitor daily activities & reports of the department.
∎ Have to maintain on time managing plant process, productivity and shipment
∎ Have to provide training to all employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidate should have experience in Operations/production/work study/ planning/ Industrial Engineering.
