∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure lean leadership to implement new product introduction for process across fabric, lace, printing, and elastic manufacturing business units to reduce development lead time.
∎ Ensure goals and assignments with each industrial engineer and provide continuous management guidance and feedback.
∎ Built strong relationships with front end teams which included customer license office improving sustainable productivity and for uninterrupted customer order execution.
∎ Establishment of centralized industrial engineering team along with handling product costing, machine utilization & manpower utilization.
∎ Assisting to apply efficiency tracking system to measure workers and Introducing new systems to the factory to motive workers & improve process.
∎ Improve capacity of the factory to meet the plan targets and monitor daily activities & reports of the department.
∎ Monitor costing cell activities & do method improvement.
∎ Make sure the Training sessions for others about Industrial Engineering.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Experience in related of Work study/ Industrial Engineering Sector/Operations/Production
