∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE or Textile Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Master/MBA or GSD certification completed candidate will get preference

Job Responsibilities:
∎ provide the Marketing team with high operational breakdown.
∎ To analyze styles and make operational breakdown as per factory capacity to provide right SMV to the marketing team.
∎ Follow up sample making process to validate given SMV and operational breakdown and liaise with Marketing for any changes.
∎ Monitor factory performance to see that the factory is performing as per SMV costing. Also ensure synergy in operation across factories.
∎ Analyze the bulletin and prepare Layouts, identify critical operation and special machines/attachment for any new style.
∎ Check work place, layout, method and ensure worker and machine proper utilization during line feeding.
∎ Conduct Capacity Study/ Production Study/ Time Study.
∎ Assess skill inventory of existing and new workers and maintain skill matrix.
∎ Record lost time, efficiency calculation, problem study, develop productivity.
∎ Regular study of the development all around the world to bring new technologies to help improve factory efficiency.
∎ To monitor and lead the team with proper guidance & leadership skill along with assessing subordinates & developing.
∎ Identify and implement work aids to reduce steps, time, and costs.
∎ Conduct method studies in cutting, sewing, and finishing as required.
∎ Assist in the costing of the production floor.
∎ Analyze and implement style simplification and methods improvement.
∎ Follow up on labor utilization and line balancing to optimize efficiency.
∎ Set and confirm Standard Minute Value for new operations and line targets.
∎ Drive initiatives on lean methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste.
∎ Work towards ramping up line efficiency and improving overall factory performance.
