Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 10 years

• Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE management, with proven leadership capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of national and international HSE regulations and standards.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies for improving HSE performance.

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH IGC, NEBOSH Diploma, ASP, CSP, ISO Standards, OSHA, Fire Safety Training) are highly desirable.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of HSE to lead and oversee our health, safety, and environmental initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with national and international HSE regulations, foster a culture of safety and sustainability, and promote continuous improvement across all operations.

This role requires strong expertise in occupational HSE management, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for driving a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSE policies, programs, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the HSE team to ensure effective execution of safety programs.

• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to proactively identify hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

• Oversee incident reporting, investigation, and root-cause analysis, while developing corrective actions and tracking their implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed a culture of safety, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.

• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee awareness, engagement, and accountability in HSE practices.

• Keep up to date with changes in relevant legislation, industry trends, and innovations in HSE management.
