Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the dyeing finishing department, ensuring efficient operations and quality output.
∎ Ensure smooth flow of production in Dyeing and Finishing department for on time delivery meet target of all buyer’s order bookings with-out fail.
∎ Implement and optimize dyeing processes, staying updated on industry advancements.
∎ Coordinate with the Maintenance department regarding preventive and corrective maintenance of the dyeing and finishing machines.
∎ Involved in trouble-shootings and provides remedies with the Department Heads for day-to-day production problems encountered.
∎ Foster a positive work culture, mentor teams, and encourage innovation; Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure compliance with regulations.
∎ Maintain & coordinate with the Marketing & Merchandising department, Operation team with cross functional teams.
∎ Responsible for analyzing the workers performance and review operator skill level and ensure corrective action to train potential worker.
∎ Implement IE concepts and improve productivity.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
