Experience:

• At least 8 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) with major in Accounting from a reputed public or private university.

• At least 8 years

• Age At most 45 years

• Skills Required: Relevant IT knowledge and skill to perform the duties independently.
• Professional qualification: Chartered Accountancy Part Qualified (1st and 2nd levels). Preference will be given to the candidates having other professional degree(s); and
• Experience: At least 8 years out of which at least 3 years in the role of head of finance and accounts of any business entity having at least yearly revenue of BDT 200.00 million.

Bashundhara Eye Hospital and Research Institute (BEHRI), operated not for profit, is a joint venture project of Vision Care Foundation and Bashundhara Group. BEHRI requires experienced manpower for the following positions:

Roles and responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements;

• Maintenance of proper books of account and records and preserve those appropriately;

• Preparation of reconciliation statements, tax and VAT planning and submission of the returns;

• Take the lead of overall financial management of Vision Care Foundation and BEHRI;

• Preparation of financial planning, develop and implement internal control system;

• Manage business through required analysis and evaluate & manage fund structure;

• Evaluate business performance and prepare detailed reports for decision making;

• Oversee the accounting software, ensure data integrity and audit trial in accounting software; and

• Ensure cooperation with the regulators, stakeholders, internal & external auditors.
