• ACCA/FCA/FCMA Full Qualified

• 10 to 12 years

• Should have a minimum 10-12 years` proven experience of which 5-7 years` experience in managing and supervising a team.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in service/manufacturing industry.

• Candidate should be proficient in using Microsoft Office and ERP.

• Should have good command on English & Bangla with good speaking and writing skill.

• Should have Managerial Competency and supervising skills.

• Should be enthusiastic, pro-active, dedicated, punctual and hard working.

• Should have good interpersonal & communication skills.

• Administers the general accounting, patient business services, including third-party reimbursement, financial, and statistical reporting functions of the hospital in accordance with established policies and accounting procedures.

• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, contract negotiations and purchase decisions.      

• Provides financial advice to service line healthcare administrators.     

• Participates in strategic planning of financial management.       

• Prepares financial forecasts and cash flow projections.     

• Assures the timely and accurate preparation of financial reports and assures that the reports reliably reflect the financial position of the hospital.

• Develops tax strategies for all healthcare facilities within the organization.     

• Business partnering with hospital stakeholders like Medical Services, Supply Chain, Marketing, HR etc.    

• Assists the Management in the development of long and short-range hospital operations plans that may include service demand analyses, resources availability analyses and cost benefit analyses of proposed capital and staff expansions.
