  • Logically plan and optimize the allocation of manpower, construction materials, machinery, and equipment for maximum cost and time efficiency.

  • Supervise daily site operations from deep excavation and shore protection through structural phases to high-end finishing and final commissioning.

  • Directly guide and supervise PM, Project-in-Charges (PIC), Project Engineers (PE), Deputy/Assistant Project Engineers, and site technical personnel through regular visits and performance reviews.

  • Identify project delays early, execute root-cause analysis, and implement effective recovery plans to keep projects strictly on target.

  • Implement robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) programs with continuous variance monitoring to eliminate substandard workmanship and minimize material wastage.

  • Ensure full technical compliance with national and international building codes and industry standards, including BNBC, ACI, and ASTM.

  • Review construction technical documents, shop drawings, laboratory test results, and inspection reports for accuracy and feasibility.

  • Oversee safety management and operational compliance for heavy construction machinery (e.g., Rotary Drilling Rigs, Tower Cranes, Passenger Hoists).

  • Coordinate with RAJUK, fire department, and other local/regulatory authorities to secure timely inspections and statutory approvals.
