• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Lead the design department and establish the seasonal design direction for denim & woven/cotton collections.
• Drive trend forecasting, concept development, mood boards, color palettes, and customer presentations.
• Develop innovative and commercially successful denim trousers, jackets & shirts for global retailers.
• Lead customer meetings and product strategy discussions with Inditex, H&M, UNIQLO and other international brands.
• Oversee prototypes, sampling, fittings, and final product approvals to ensure quality, fit, and commercially feasible Product.
• Coordinate closely with merchandising, sourcing, technical, wash development, and production teams for timely execution.
• Mentor the design team, strengthen design capabilities, and maintain consistent quality standards.
• Identify new product and market opportunities that support business growth.
• Travel internationally for customer visits, fabric sourcing, mills, manufacturers, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
