∎ Skills Required: Chemical, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Corporate Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will be responsible for formulating, executing and monitoring strategy in order to meet monthly, quarterly & annual sales target of organization.
∎ Lead and monitor product category wise sales team including: Adhesives, Glue and Sealant, Polyolefin, Engineering Plastic and Masterbatch, Polymer Processing Additives, Food preservatives, Beverage & Agro, Paint, printing & packaging, Rubber & related chemicals.
∎ Create, monitor & nurture B2B clients and client accounts. Secure monthly, quarterly & annual sales target of each client.
∎ Market creation for new products, customer retention, expand distributor or sales network.
∎ Demand forecast and work as feedback loop for sourcing, product development & production team. So that optimum inventory level has been ensured.
∎ Develop & implement KPI for sales team, Marketing & Branding strategy for organization as well as for products.
∎ Will be responsible for accounts receivable and credit monitoring.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual selling & distribution budget.
∎ Prepare and provide weekly, monthly & quarterly sales report, scope for development and propose readjustment in strategy and product line.
∎ Work as a voice of customer (VOC), custom product requirements and work in collaboration with technical after sales support team in order to ensure product quality and fastest after sales support.
∎ Will be responsible for healthy inventory turnover ratio, secure profit, healthy cash flow and sustainable revenue growth.
∎ Report to Project Coordinator & Management.

∎ Fluent in English and Bangla.
∎ Fast acting for Problem Solving.
