Educational Requirements:
∎ The applicant must be a CA qualified (ACA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) or CMA qualified (ACMA) from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Allocation of process wise overhead for all companies within the group;
∎ Preparation of competitive product costing for new and existing product before going to production I.e. pre-costing of the product. It may be as per yarn count wise or mixing ratio wise as required by the management;
∎ After production, analyze the actual results and preparation of a post costing sheet to identify the variances. Report to management pertaining to variances along with reasons and recommendations for resolving the shortcomings that are controllable;
∎ Preparation of unit wise daily MIS report on the basis of daily production and report to management;
∎ Monitor unit cost variances and facilitate production operation management to select perfect production combination among the units;
∎ Lot wise raw materials consumption, finished goods and wastage report to management.
∎ RMG, Dyeing & Printing and Others:
∎ Lead & guide for preparing all sorts of costing required to run a RMG like order, style, design and Line wise FOB costing;
∎ Lead & guide for preparing all sorts of costing required to run a Dyeing & Printing company like color and shade wise dyes and chemical costing;
∎ Report to management about the results of post costing analysis along with variances, reasons and recommendations for resolving the shortcomings that are controllable;
∎ Prepare various MIS report for critical and strategic business decisions;
∎ Provide reports to management with specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of the product as well services;
∎ Establish budgetary control of all cost components for running the business in a smooth and cost effective manner;
∎ Conduct feasibility/viability study for new project;
∎ Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods to determine effects on cost;
∎ Implement cost standards for materials, labor and overhead;
∎ Reconciliation of opening raw materials, work in process, finished goods and wastage;
∎ Lead and guide to prepare monthly stock report with valuation and provide the same to accounts and other departments;
∎ Assist internal and external auditors for ensuring smooth operation;
∎ Any other tasks as may be assigned by the company management from time to time for the sake of the company or the group as a whole.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Practical experience about the costing of spinning industries, Dyeing & Printing industries (either oven or knitting), RMG industries or similar nature of industries.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build good team spirit.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart and energetic.
∎ Strong presentation skills.
∎ Well conversant both in Bangle and English.
∎ Must have knowledge in computer application particularly in MS-Excel, MS-Word and power point.
