∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop comprehensive corporate sales strategies, corporate sales policies and plans to attain company objectives effectively.
∎ Formulate forecasts and KPI reporting for the CMO and top management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and market research.
∎ Leverage innovations to process & product development and to maximize revenue of the organization.
∎ Influence and attract premier buyers in the industry.
∎ Participate in forums to keep abreast of new changes in the industry and practices.
∎ Play key role in the development of the team members to build an efficient corporate sales team.
∎ Work collaboratively across teams - including Plant, Distribution and Brand etc.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Have robust relationship with the key customers of the Construction / Building Materials industry.
∎ Target focused and like to take new challenges
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong at MS office package, report writing and market research tools
