Job Context:
∎ A leading automotive company is looking dynamic corporate sales professional to lead, retain and expand its current market share in Commercial vehicle market segment. If you have at least 12 years or above experience in Commercial Vehicle Sales, please apply.
∎ Role Objective: Lead the corporate sales operations of vehicles by on ground implementation of sales strategy and ensure achievement of model wise / variant wise revenue targets. Monitor corporate sales activity across all channels, focus on improving client relationship and provide inputs to senior management for sales planning and managing corporate sales inventory level of vehicles.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring strict implementation of the company sales process for all client.
∎ Drive the corporate sales strategy achievement of revenue target and increasing brand value in the market.
∎ Plan monthly and annual target for the corporate sales, revenue and essential expenses for vehicles.
∎ Assist team to identifying sales opportunity, reaching out to new clients.
∎ Set monthly and annual corporate sales target of all models & variants.
∎ Understand client requirement and support team members as well for better sales operations.
∎ Monitor the monthly corporate sales performance and take necessary action in case of deviations from the target.
∎ Coordinate & cooperate with marketing function to manage branding initiatives for corporate sales and devising advertising and promotional campaigns.
∎ Analyze corporate sales inventory level of vehicles, identify trends and provide inputs to Management for rolling plan.
∎ Responsible for timely ordering and procurement of the vehicles from Principal in coordination with Supply chain business partner to ensure availability.
∎ Ensure all the requirements of client is taken into account and client is provided with all the information about the delivery time and pricing and receive all the required help for completing formalities.
∎ Ensure client receives vehicle on time and has smoother delivery process; Coordinate with service business partners to ensure that necessary service handholding at the time of delivery
∎ Negotiate pricing with clients for corporate sales in collaboration with Management and other business partners.
∎ Provide suitable corporate sales promotional scheme to the clients according to schemes.
∎ Analyze the client satisfaction reports and submit recommendations to ensure client retention and loyalty.
∎ Plans and manages the display of vehicles at appropriate client places.
∎ Monitors the efforts of the sales personnel to improve the client's image of the brand and their satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 55 years
∎ 12-15 years minimum experience on corporate segment in the field of Automotive (Commercial vehicles), Tire & Lubricant Industry.
∎ Good market grab and knowledge, presentable skill and fluency in Bengali and English language.
∎ Good sales, marketing, negotiation and leadership skills.
