Responsibilities & Context:
👩🎓 Requirements:
Female candidates only (Total 4 positions)
Students from any college or university in Dhaka
Smart, confident and good communication skills
Interest in field marketing
Freshers are encourage to apply.
⏰ Working Hours: 3–4 hours per day.
Flexible timing (Morning / Afternoon / Evening) 5 days per week
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Collect customer data from assigned residential areas
Introduce and explain Farmin Rice products to potential customers.
Convert potential leads into confirmed orders
💰 Salary & Benefits:
📌 Performance-Based Earnings:
BDT 15 per Verified Lead.
BDT 50 per Confirmed Order.
📌 Bonus System:
Weekly target-based bonus
Monthly Top Performer Reward (BDT 1,000 – 2,000)
📊 Expected Monthly Income:
Approximately BDT 15,000 – 20,000 (including fixed salary + incentives)

Selected premium residential areas in Dhaka
(Bashundhara, Gulshan, Baridhara & nearby areas)
