• Experience in Facebook page management, online sales, or e-commerce operations

• Good communication and customer handling skills

• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools

• Ability to create engaging social media posts and short promotional videos

• Understanding of Facebook marketing and audience engagement

• Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and online business

• Basic computer and internet proficiency

1. Manage and operate the company Facebook page and other online sales platforms

2. Reply to customer queries, comments, and inbox messages professionally and promptly

3. Generate sales through Facebook page engagement and online communication

4. Follow up with customers and maintain strong customer relationships

5. Create attractive Facebook posts, captions, reels, and promotional content

6. Make short videos and social media content to increase page reach and engagement

7. Upload and maintain product information, pricing, and offers

8. Coordinate customer orders, delivery status, and after-sales support

9. Assist in planning online promotional campaigns and boosting strategies

10. Monitor social media trends and competitor activities

11. Maintain daily sales and customer interaction reports
