Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

• Diploma, certification or training in Retail Management, Customer Service or Sales Management will be an added advantage

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Design/Printing/Publishing

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail/shop management or sales

• Proven experience in handling team supervision, operational control and coordination with marketing, branding, digital marketing teams, inventory management and sales tracking systems

• Strong leadership and communication Skill

• Proficiency with POS, inventory & software Management skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis

• Fundamental understanding of promotional technologies and digital marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning

• Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with purchase team for timely replenishment

• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets

• Ensure proper marketing and digital marketing activities to increase customer footfall

• Execute promotions, campaigns and events in coordination with marketing teams to drive sales

• Ensure proper merchandising, display, and overall store presentation via outdoor branding

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience

• Train shop staff to maintain high service standards

• Prepare regular reports on sales, stock, and operational performance
