Responsibilities & Context:
  • The FLAMENCO is a well organized Convention Center conveniently located in the heart of Dhaka City & suitable for holding any sorts of Social, Business or Corporate Program with caring hospitality.

    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.

    • Event Coordination: Attend parties and events, acting as the liaison between the guests and the restaurant & resort to ensure a memorable experience.

    • Opportunity Identification: Identify and explore new marketing opportunities to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.

    • Idea Generation: Develop innovative marketing ideas and campaigns to promote the restaurant and resort, increasing foot traffic and online presence.

    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends to tailor marketing strategies accordingly.

    • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media platforms to engage with the audience, promote events, and share exciting updates.

    • Collaboration: Work closely with the management team to align marketing strategies with business goals and objectives.

    • Any professional knowledge or experience on 'Hospitality Management/Event Management' will get extra preference.
