Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are looking for a result-driven and experienced Sales Manager to expand our market presence in industrial products including valves, pipes, and fire safety equipment. The candidate will be responsible for developing strong business networks across wholesale markets (especially Nawabpur), construction and safety service companies, real estate sectors, government and private projects, and industrial plants.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong sales networks in Nawabpur wholesale market and other wholesale markets inside and outside Dhaka

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction companies, safety service providers, and real estate firms

  • Build relationships with government contractors, tender participants, and project suppliers

  • Explore sales opportunities in large infrastructure projects such as power plants, fertilizer plants, and industrial facilities

  • Visit private factories, industries, and project sites to promote company products

  • Promote and sell valves, pipes, fire safety equipment, and related industrial products

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management

  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand

  • Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
