∎ B.Sc in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Petroleum Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulating of business strategies, implementation of product launches and promotional activities, budgeting and review of policies to enhance products and services
∎ Concentrate on sale of lubricants through direct business
∎ Market visit, client visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity
∎ Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications.
∎ Ensure the achievement of rightful market share, and determine the correct market potential, create profile of corporates/ Industries/ Power Plant/ Original Equipment Manufacturers and their channel partner.
∎ Maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.
∎ Analyze competitor activities and propose counter strategies
∎ Maintains relationships with clients by providing technical information on products, information, and create mutually beneficial business relationships
∎ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
∎ Report on sales and marketing activities for management review
∎ Responsible to exhibit attractive product display, confirm merchandising for visibility and creating impulse buying of the motoring customers as well as direct customers of the different channels
∎ Motivate team members to achieve sales, penetration and visibility target and suggest areas of improvement.
