Requirements:

The Applicants should have experience in a developer or real Estate company like BTI, Asset Development, ABC real Estate, Rangs, Rancom,Navana or Any reputed real estate company.
Responsibilities & Context:
Preparation of BOQ.
Supervise site Engineer and coordinate between Management and site.
Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
Estimation & Costing of Modification works.
Should have Strong knowledge regarding both structural & finishing stage of project.
Coordination with design department for effective implementation of projects.
Check and ensure that the work is carried out as per design and drawing.
Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards.
Monitoring and improving MRS (Material requisition system).
Preparing and implementing Site Implementation Plan (SIP).
Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other landowners & clients so as to enhance team building spirit.
To look after customer & Land Owner quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals/ business men and look for prospective customers.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
