Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree/MBA/Engineering/Professional Degree (CMA/CA) is preferable
∎ Professional certification on Project management is an added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a Transformation & Project management framework covering all the key areas of Commercial
∎ Identify, develop and suggest transformation of commercial areas which can bring significant improvement in business process in terms of execution timeline, budget optimization & faster GTM
∎ Develop a governance process and methodology to ensure all the key transformation projects are managed under a common structured approach to enhance critical commercial KPIs
∎ Drive and lead Process simplification and automation agenda at Banglalink
∎ Collaborate with all internal & external stakeholder to get regular feedback on the key businesses & customer facing processes
∎ Plan and lead necessary changes in E2E value chains to drastically simplify key customer journeys for product, service, channels, communication, etc
∎ Continuously read and understand customer insights on areas of improvement and challenge, decide and drive right initiatives based on comparative analysis with competition /industry processes
∎ Suggest a governance framework for budget and forecast for the necessary resources in coordination with respective departments
∎ Ensure that by taking a structured, data-driven approach to identifying and driving futuristic projects
∎ Evaluate how emerging technologies can be used to drive improvements, reduce costs, and streamline processes
∎ Identify and build a team of innovators within the company who can drive change and shape the future
∎ Ensure the team's performance through identifying training need, objective setting, feedback, coaching, mentoring etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 -12 years of total experience. Experience in Telecommunication or Technology company and senior management role will be preferred
∎ Required Capabilities- Advance knowledge and experience in Project Management
∎ Knowledge in financial planning, forecasting and reporting
∎ Advanced analytical skill, ability to spot trends and creating new business opportunities
∎ Advanced knowledge on telecom industry, Digital solutions, business modeling, cost optimization or restructuring
∎ Advance knowledge on MS office
