∎ Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in commercial management, with at least 5 years in leadership role in trading and manufacturing industry in trading and manufacturing industry
∎ Proven experience in managing and optimizing complex global supply chains, preferably within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
∎ Proficiency in using ERP software.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong leadership, team-building analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
∎ Oversee the entire import shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
∎ Manage regulatory communication in crisis situations, maintaining coordination with internal management and staff, media partners, industry partners, opinion leaders and the general public.
∎ Manage regulatory affairs with excellent knowledge of the regulatory, ideally of developments in between government liaison authority with organization.
∎ Perform all activities related C&F Agent license Rules & Regulation, CTG Sea Port, Customs, Shipping, Customs Duty Assessment, Bill of Entry, SRO, HS Code, Customs act, Import/Export Policy, Export/Import Documentation, Duty Bond, Risk Bond, In-bond and Ex-bond.
∎ Monitor and analyze import data to identify compliance issues and take corrective actions.
∎ Maintain and update the import compliance database.
∎ Monitor and report on international trade trends and developments.
∎ Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.
∎ Liaise with freight forwarders and other third parties to ensure timely and accurate import processes and paperwork.
∎ Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related for the import stage.
∎ Prepare and submit required reports to the Management.
∎ To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Top Management.
