∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in trading and manufacturing industries.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
∎ Proficient in ERP software, BADC & BCIC software with good computer skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in trading and manufacturing industries.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance.
∎ Proficient in ERP software, BADC & BCIC software with good computer skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations and the finance team.
∎ Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports.
∎ Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
∎ Maintaining and preparing fund management, financial planning, investment management etc.
∎ Ensure that general ledger reconcile to trial balance.
∎ Ensure that monthly reconciliations are performed and reviewed timeously (Liabilities position, Export, Import, Realization, Accounts receivables & payable statement, bank reconciliation).
∎ Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.
∎ Coordinate internal and external audits.
∎ Deal with internal and external auditors.
∎ Engage in preparation of meeting Reports, Cash flow and others MIS report for the management.
∎ Engage actively in preparation of the short term, mid-term and long term Business Plan and Financial Plan of the Company.
∎ Engage actively in restructuring the chart of accounts and policies with a view to reduce the company expenses.
∎ Engage in company Tax Planning and will actively engage in the computation of Tax Liabilities of the company, make monthly and annual tax provision in consultation with the Tax consultant.
∎ Involve in Annual Tax Audit and VAT Audit of the company.
∎ Supervise ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
∎ Evaluate and implement internal controls to enhance financial integrity.
∎ Liaise with banks, financial institutions, tax authorities, and external consultants.
∎ Provide strategic financial input and support to management.
∎ Perform basic office management duties as requested.
∎ To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the top management.
