∎ Master's degree in any discipline.
∎ But educational Qualification will be relaxed for more experienced candidate.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD, Cad Software, Design Pattern, Marker, production management (Cutting), Sample
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to Fabric reconciliation for cutting department.
∎ Ensure to Maintain and record cutting fabric consumption.
∎ Organize the Sample & Cad section and ensure that all the employees in the sample & Cad section are efficient in their work.
∎ Prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern.
∎ Ensure to auto cutter (Lecra, Beirrebi), spreader machine and software based cutting production in schedule time.
∎ Ensure to production fabric ready in all average.
∎ Overseeing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and guiding the team to resolve any technical issues.
∎ Reduce cost by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Identifying possible improvements to the Sample & CAD systems and processes at the sample room.
∎ Ensure to prepare fusing attach & bond strength test report as par data sheet.
∎ Ensure to cutting quality inspection after numbering & bundling.
∎ Ensure to Lay, cutting report & shading chart register check.
∎ Ensure to Style wise cutting quality monitoring.
∎ Ensure to need to collect fabric inspection/ shade band & shrinkage report and monitoring.
∎ Ensure to Ensure to Shade & shrinkage wise fabric stack & relax 24 hour before cutting.
∎ Ensure to Shrinkage group wise pattern collection from technical department.
∎ Ensure to part inspection from top to bottom,
∎ Capable to handle technical issues individually.
∎ Ensure timely attendance of all the employees in the sample & Cad.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Top Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance etc.
∎ The candidate should have proven leadership skills.
∎ The candidate should have excellent Production & Quality Management skills.
∎ Should be hard working, sincere, self-motivated & result oriented.
