  • Friendly demeanor and ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative work environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Take charge of sales, business, customer service, and after-sales service solutions. Oversee payment collections, facilitate product development, innovative sales technique and effectively address customer needs. Ensure that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.

  • Candidates should have extensive experience working with telecom companies or telecom operators or smart card industry. This experience should include a deep understanding of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while building connections with potential clients to boost sales growth. Engage with key stakeholders regularly to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Conduct customer negotiations and ensure efficient order processing. Negotiate terms and conditions effectively to close deals while ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely.

  • Develop and implement innovative business development plans and strategies with actionable tactics. Identify new market opportunities, design growth initiatives, and execute plans that align with the company’s goals.

  • Drive continuous improvement in sales and service processes. Regularly review and refine processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Stay informed about industry developments to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.

  • Experience in sales and product development within a Chinese company is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with the business culture and operational practices unique to Chinese enterprises.

  • Fluent in Chinese is also preferred. Proficiency in Chinese is essential for effective communication with clients and internal teams. Additional language skills are a plus.
