Strong understanding of CMSE financing, business development, and support services.
Proven ability to manage projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Ability to work independently under pressure and meet assigned targets and deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Support growth of the SME portfolio through structured business development initiatives.
Coordinate and implement SME-related projects in line with organizational objectives.
Liaise with development partners, regulators, and other stakeholders for joint programs.
Facilitate partnerships with government, donor agencies, and industry associations.
Monitor project progress, milestones, and compliance with agreed guidelines.
Provide business support services to SME clients, including advisory and capacity building.
Prepare reports, proposals, and documentation for management and partners.
Ensure effective utilization of project funds and resources.
Support product development and process improvement for CMSE services.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
