We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced professional to lead the Seed & Agri Protection Business Wing of a reputed agro business conglomerate. This is a senior leadership role for an individual who can drive large-scale operations and business growth at a national level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership for the Seed & Agro Protection business across the country.

  • Drive annual business operations of 500–700+ Cr., ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

  • Lead and mentor a national team, fostering a culture of high performance.

  • Oversee dealer management, sales, distribution networks, and business operations to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop innovative go-to-market strategies, aligning with emerging trends and market dynamics.

  • Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen product portfolio and market presence.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including channel partners, farmers, and agro institutions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience in agro-input businesses (Seeds, Crop Protection, Fertilizers, or related sectors).

  • Education: Graduation & Post-graduation in Agriculture or Agri-Business from a reputed Agricultural University.

  • Proven expertise in national team management, business operations, and dealer/channel management.

  • Strong track record of delivering business growth in large-scale operations.

  • Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
