Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; master's degree is advantageous.

∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Please apply who are actually skilled in this area.
∎ Prepare and monitor overall operational plan of the head office and factory also coordinate factory operation.
∎ To focus in setting & executing the sales & marking strategy for the company and to ensure sales targets are met effectively in line with the marketing strategy.
∎ Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
∎ Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
∎ Crafting strategies based on product market research and marketing trends to create market demand forecast.
∎ Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your sales targets. The duties will include hitting monthly targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
∎ Coordinating brand management and sales team(s) simultaneously.
∎ Leading sales team(s) to obtain assigned target through sales forces to ensure larger sales volume.
∎ Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
∎ Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
∎ Building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams.
∎ Drive institutional sales like Govt, Real Estate, Army, Industry etc.
∎ Maintain relationships with IAB, IEB, PWD, City Corporations, LGED and other government official representatives.
∎ Drive brand, profile and proposition through corporate sales in line with market participation strategy.
∎ Assigning tasks to subordinates and report progress to the higher management officials.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Excellent academic background will be considered as value adding criteria.
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Operation and Brand Promotion in Building Material or Real State Sector.
∎ Additional Training and Courses in Marketing will be given preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Business Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Construction Sector or Building Materials
∎ Proven 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Business Development, Sales & Marketing in Construction industry/ Group of Companies/ Multinational Companies, Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/Development, Market Research.
∎ Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
∎ Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks.
∎ Excellent leadership and project management skills and Strategic planning skills, Strong organizational skills
∎ Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven working environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
