∎ Identifying new markets and emerging trends, recommends new products and services, proposes and develops new strategic partnerships. It's all for IT and ITES industry.

∎ Setting up and participating meetings with prospective customers to sell the company's software and ITES products and services.
∎ Writing, supervising and managing proposals, plans, partnership contract agreement etc.
∎ Managing the sales & marketing team and oversee marketing budgets and activities. Evaluating ROI on all marketing spend.
∎ Preparing and presenting annual, quarterly and monthly business and marketing plans with strategies, promotion mix and negotiate with management the budget for the same.
