∎ M.Com(Accounting), CA(CC), CA/ICMA (Part Qualified).

Garments, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing the auditing plans according to the identified risks and risk-contingents to resolve.
∎ Contribute to the development of internal audit system.
∎ Plan, set up and implement operational procedures and internal controls procedures for the company's operation.
∎ Review the existing operational flows and business activities to ensure their efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Reviewing all financial records, reports, systems and control process of the group of companies as per accounting standards
∎ Conducts the risks based audits according to the corporate guide lines and identify the non-compliance.
∎ Physical verification of assets and reconciling the records maintained in the company's jurisdiction.
∎ Checking & verification of Salary processed.
∎ Verifying the Factory Cost & analysis Budget Vs Actual Variation & report to management.
∎ Prepare audit findings report and formulate recommendations for management's implementation.
∎ To prepare comprehensive reports on audit reports for management review.
∎ Maintain audit files by documenting the audit procedures used and each of the audit reports completed, including effective quality control processes.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of BAS (Bangladesh Accounting Standard), BSA (Bangladesh Auditing Standard), Tax/VAT.
∎ Ability to work under ERP environment
∎ Ability to understand the operational processes
∎ Must be empathetic, respectful, generous, inquisitive and pose can do attitude
∎ To verify Books and Records of Production & Maintenance Department.
∎ To ensure compliance of various Company Policies and Govt. Rules.
∎ Ability of data analysis & sufficient evidence collection
∎ Setup production capacity/ turnover and check achievement & report the lacking of achievement(If)
∎ Prepare style/ job/ order wise job closing and compare with Estimated cost sheet.
∎ Regular follow up team subordinate as per audit program.
∎ Any other task assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong analytical & problem solving ability.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Self-motivated and proactive in producing and delivering outputs.
