Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Masters/MBA in Accounting/Finance
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA)/Cost Management Accountant
∎ Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Accounting Software, ERP, Product Costing and budgeting

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The person should be expert in sourcing of finance for different ongoing and upcoming projects of the company from different Banks and other financial organizations and must have verifiable experience in Bank Borrowings.
∎ The person should have sufficient experience in handling corporate accounts.
∎ Banking and project finances in different fields particularly in real estate fields.
∎ He must have verifiable experience in maintaining books of accounts, accounting ledgers, asset and worth evaluation.
∎ Should be capable in prepare, present and submitting loan proposals with appropriate projections and lending risk analysis, project feasibilities etc.
∎ Loan repayment strategies and working out loan redemptions and financial investments.
∎ Smooth operations knowledge of finance department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years working experience at a renowned Company.
∎ Should be honest, sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure
