We are now looking for a Head Chef (Bakery Production Manager) to lead our kitchen operations and ensure top-notch product quality.

Job Description:
The
Head Chef will lead the overall bakery operations, ensuring consistency, innovation, and quality. This role requires strong leadership to manage staff, supervise daily production, and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Salary: BDT 18,000 - 30,000
Modality: Full-time, Contractual
Location: Mirpur 2, Dhaka 1216

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily bakery production (bread, pastry, cakes, cookies, savory items).
- Develop and maintain standard recipes, portion control, and quality checks.
- Train and guide the Assistant Chef and kitchen staff to maintain efficiency.
- Monitor kitchen hygiene, safety standards, and food storage systems.
- Innovate and introduce new bakery items based on customer demand and trends.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers for raw materials, ensure stock and cost control.
- Collaborate with management for menu planning, costing, and promotions.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, meeting production targets and deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certification in Culinary Arts / Bakery & Pastry (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–5 years of experience as Head Chef/Senior Baker.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and creative skills.
- Deep knowledge of baking techniques, trends, and decoration.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
