Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Candidates having MBA degree, shall be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 25 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Overall responsibility of the business unit / processes within the country including Process adherence, Revenue, Profitability, Resource Planning – Resource cost & allocation, Customer Satisfaction
∎ • Achieving country’s profitability and achievement of EBIT, control and maintain country’s expenditure
∎ • To ensure operational excellence
∎ • Manage Security (Physical & Data) at the Application Centre and ensure effective controls are in place to pre-empt any physical / data security breach incidents
∎ • Manage staff efficiency & productivity, manpower forecasting, Ensure conduct of product & process trainings to staffs
∎ • Add new clients, inroads into the MOFA for business opportunities, create new channels of Revenue.
∎ • Develop and maintain business relationships with all Consulate officials, retain all existing clients
∎ • Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in Visa outsourcing is a must.
∎ Candidates having work experience in multiple countries at management level, shall be preferred.
∎ Should be fluent in English at global standard, any third language shall add value.
Salary: Negotiable
