Job Responsibilities:
∎ Annual and monthly sales planning and collaboration with field leadership to coordinate & monitor primary and secondary sales through close and fore front supervisory team.
∎ Analyze market potential, sales trend and historical sales and set justified month sales target for the territories and distributors.
∎ Setting up and driving S&OP process for business.
∎ Planning and implementing coverage & RTM strategy.
∎ Identify execution gaps in the market and improves productivity (Sales KPIs) and efficiency of the team through coaching and training.
∎ Plan & implement Trade Marketing action plans and Trade expenditure (BTL) for the categories and brands.
∎ Plan trade loyalty programs to drive growth, program audit & ensure hygiene, visibility scores & timely Payouts.
∎ Analyze monthly Field Force Performance Evaluation Report in each month, share the findings with relevant team and monitor progress of the identified improvement areas.
∎ Ideate, coordinate, and facilitate sales automation in conjunction with various stakeholders (i.e., Sales IT and other internal and external stakeholders).
