∎ Minimum graduation from any reputed university
∎ Minimum 6 years in related fields (preferred)
∎ Experience with Campaign management/ Strategy development role will be preferred
∎ Working experience in Multi-cultural set-up is preferred
∎ Strong understanding of the NGO landscape and the role of mobile financial services in development
∎ Proven track record of successfully managing and developing strategic partnerships
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali language
∎ Technical knowledge: Microsoft Office, particularly high degree of competence in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
∎ Readiness to travel outside of Dhaka
∎ Academics:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct data mining on existing client base
∎ Prepare data on client base to find out improvement areas
∎ Analyze data on existing clients and find action plans
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive Growth Strategy that aligns with business goals
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership initiatives to ensure they meet defined objectives and volume goals of bKash
∎ Analyze data and design action plans according to the business needs
∎ Develop Lifecycle Management plans for clients and execute through KAM
∎ Plan, launch and manage multi-channel campaigns
∎ Develop campaigns, based on the analyzed data and take strategic decisions for existing client’s growth
∎ Track & analyze performance of campaigns and optimization
∎ Collaborate with cross functional departments to ensure smooth campaigns and visibility of the client base
∎ Leverage data and analytics tools to provide actionable insights
∎ Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to keep the company ahead in the competitive landscape
∎ Closely collaborate with KAM to ensure proper execution of campaigns
∎ Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and impacts for internal and external stakeholders
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in partnership activities
∎ Prepare reports on campaigns and growth of the client base with improvement areas.
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ The incumbent will manage the MFI Collection business portfolio. The core responsibility of this role is to drive growth through client life cycle management initiatives, campaigns and engagement activities. This role involves data analysis, designing customized activities to build business, analyzing clients behavioral trends, and executing campaigns to boost engagement and adoption as well as ensuring the portfolio growth of MFI payment solution of bKash.
