Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design eye-catching visuals and produce engaging videos for web, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
* Design graphics for websites, ads, social media, banners, logos, brochures, and more.
* Edit and produce videos for marketing, branding, and digital campaigns.
* Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to achieve creative goals.
* Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video media.
* Prepare final designs and videos for digital and print formats.
* Stay updated with design, video editing, and motion graphics trends.
* Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Requirements
* 1+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency or freelance).
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or Figma.
* Strong video editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
* Able to prepare different presentation for internal meeting.
* Portfolio showcasing both design and video work is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
* Ability to take creative direction and feedback positively.
* Knowledge of social media post design, reels, shorts, and branding essentials.
* Motion graphics experience is a strong plus.
Office Time : 9 AM – 6 PM (6 days a week, desk job)
Salary
* Probation (3 months): 18,500 BDT
* Permanent: 25,000 BDT / Based on Performance
Location: Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka
