Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any Discipline with proven Freelancing Record.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and update the curriculum for the graphic design training program.
∎ Deliver engaging and informative training sessions and workshops on graphic design principles and software applications.
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
∎ Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry practices.
∎ Provide constructive feedback and critique on design projects to facilitate skill improvement.
∎ Act as a mentor, guiding learners in their career development and portfolio building.
∎ Manage the classroom/training space and maintain a conducive learning environment.
∎ Create and provide additional resources like handouts and video tutorials for reference.
∎ Updated daily attendance and other required Report
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with Project Manager, Coordinator and Project Official
∎ Maintain all training materials in appropriate Databases

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The trainer should have at least 2 (Two) years of experience in conducting Outsourcing training. The trainer also should have successfully completion experience of minimum 100 jobs on related service in international Outsourcing marketplace.
