∎ About the Role
∎ We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Google Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team, working with clients in the US across diverse industries and markets.
∎ You’ll plan, execute, optimize, and report on digital campaigns, while delivering strategic recommendations to help clients achieve business goals. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and excellent communication to engage with US-based clients.

∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Digital Campaign Management
∎ • Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
∎ • Implement Google Ads scripts for automation and efficiency.
∎ • Manage negative keyword lists and optimize search terms to improve campaign targeting.
∎ • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
∎ • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative strategies.
∎ • Manage bidding strategies and daily budgets to achieve performance goals.
∎ • Use Google Ads Editor for efficient management of larger accounts.
∎ • Experience working with Google Ads API for advanced account management.
∎ Analytics & Tracking
∎ • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4.
∎ • Configure Enhanced Conversions and Consent Mode where applicable.
∎ • Build dashboards in Looker Studio / Google Data Studio or similar tools.
∎ • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
∎ • Perform attribution modeling and multi-touch attribution analysis.
∎ • Implement or coordinate server-side tracking solutions if required.
∎ Performance Optimization
∎ • Monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, CTR).
∎ • Diagnose and resolve issues affecting campaign performance (e.g. sudden drops in impressions or spend).
∎ • Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences.
∎ • Provide strategic recommendations beyond tactical campaign changes.
∎ Cross-Platform Experience
∎ • Manage or coordinate advertising on other digital platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) as required.
∎ • Develop integrated digital strategies across multiple channels.
∎ • Evaluate landing page performance and recommend improvements for better conversion rates.
∎ Client Communication & Collaboration
∎ • Prepare reports and present insights and recommendations to clients or managers.
∎ • Conduct regular client calls and strategy sessions.
∎ • Adapt communication styles for working with international clients.
∎ • Maintain proactive and professional relationships with clients and team members.
∎ • Manage tasks using project management tools as needed (e.g. Asana, Jira, ClickUp).

∎ Required Skills & Qualifications
∎ • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns end-to-end.
∎ • Proven experience managing monthly ad spend ranging from $5K to $50K+ across multiple accounts.
∎ • Strong working knowledge of:
∎ o Google Ads platform
∎ o Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
∎ o Google Tag Manager
∎ • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
∎ • Understanding of marketing funnel optimization and user journey mapping.
∎ • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
∎ • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
∎ • Comfortable working US business hours (evening/night shifts in Bangladesh time).
∎ • Reliable internet connection and backup power solutions.

∎ Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
∎ • Experience managing campaigns on other digital platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
∎ • Familiarity with SEO principles and tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva.

∎ • Agency experience handling multiple client accounts.
∎ • Exposure to server-side tracking or Google Ads API integrations.
