∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a target oriented senior management position and the suitable candidate should have proven track experience in similar industry.
∎ To lead the sales team by monitoring day to day activities of sales people.
∎ To work for ensuring the company's overall sales goal.
∎ To deal with the Customers to meet their requirements.
∎ To generate sales with existing customers and develop new customer for extension of market share.
∎ To have the analytical power for the trend of Lubricants oil market for strategical decision.
∎ To conduct time to time market survey for understanding of market demand.
∎ To monitor team's performance and motivating them to achieve the sales targets.
∎ To assist management for executing Marketing & Sales plans and managing operational activities.
∎ Performing any other relevant jobs as management decides.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 10 years experience in similar position.

Salary:
