Additional Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Technology from BUTEX or any other Public University with adequate knowledge in the Production & Operation of Woven Fabrics Manufacturing Sector.
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Technology from BUTEX or any other Public University with adequate knowledge in the Production & Operation of Woven Fabrics Manufacturing Sector.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sound and solid planning and follow-up total production flow and balancing the production process to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ Figure out deviations and assist in rectifying future production plans based on the differences between planned and actual production in the past plan period.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of it. (IE based concept, Lean Concept)
∎ Improving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning Information and analysis.
∎ Analyze every production stage of the woven fabrics manufacturing process to minimize wastage percentage.
∎ Take the necessary initiative to improve the overall production efficiency of the weaving units.Update information on key operational and cost parameters at every stage of the overall process.
∎ Provide necessary leadership and guidance to key employees and top performers through mentoring and identification of best practices to enhance performance efficiency.
∎ Ensure adequate motivation and retention of all workers.Implement IE concepts and improve productivity.
∎ Co-ordinate with the respective marketing department and other cross-functional departments for proper planning and maintaining standard Supply Chain Management.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men and machines.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
