Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Our ideal candidate is a self-starter that is able to multi-task, work well under pressure and within tight deadlines, while still maintaining a positive attitude.
∎ Target analysis (project wise target setup, execution , achievement follow up & ensure sales growth)
∎ Ensure implementation of company's guideline across the sales function through new process and development.
∎ Arrange training & mentoring programs for improvement and achievement of employee's development.
∎ Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; develop and negotiate contracts; integrate contract requirements with business operations
∎ Take initiatives the development of employee's skills and knowledge database in order to maximizing the diverse talent of the organization.
∎ Develop, Enhance, Implement of comprehensive sales strategies & other promotional activities for various projects to create new markets, achieve targeted sales.
∎ Plan and implement sales initiatives and measure the outcome.
∎ Analyze event performance after a completed course.
∎ Report analysis (daily, weekly, monthly)
∎ Monitoring the market environment and competitor activities.
∎ Develop strategies to raise customers' pool, expand traffic and optimize profitability.
∎ Manage the stakeholders.
∎ Other takes assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Job experience in Event management, Project Management & Operation Management will be highly preferable.
∎ Strategic thinking, good leadership, strong analytical skills.
