Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline from any recognized university/ institution.
∎ MBA in Marketing preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to provide strategic market plan and to meet the company sales and profit target by developing proper sales planning.
∎ Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding customer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
∎ The applicants should have developed new customers, maintain existing customers and do sales service for increase sales.
∎ To deal with the customer independently for all the marketing activities including price quotation, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Develop creative technique and increase numbers of factories partnership to ensure sales growth.
∎ Manage sales team and guide them in achieving individual as well as company goal.
∎ Arrange and supervise trial of chemicals and give proper technical support to production people.
∎ Prepare market information like competitors' activities, their product features, new business opportunity of our products and report to the Management.
∎ Coordinate with R&D, Accounts, Commercial, Distribution and all other departments for smooth operation.
∎ Should be dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills.
∎ Good at MS Applications (Advance Excel).
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ink industries, Ink formulation.
