FMCG, Foil Printing and Packaging, multinational company
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Overseas Companies, Packaging Industry, Plastic/ Polymer Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Target and acquire new customers in targeted markets.
∎ Expert in Packaging Development – Pre-Press, Inks & Resins Formulations used for Packaging Industries; Production Cost & Vendor Development (Technical & Commercial) in Flexible Packaging Industry.
∎ Knowledge of Printing conventional (Offset, Gravure, Flexo, screen) & DIGITAL Printing, coating, Laminating (Dry & wet), Slitting, Photography / pre-press, Flexo plate making, Cylinder Preparation and Ink Mixing.
∎ Develop and deliver presentation to customers.
∎ Retain and continue to grow existing customer base.
∎ Develop (Open) and close new sales leads.
∎ Develop and achieve Sales goals in existing accounts from established relationships.
∎ Present and sell to Purchasing, Marketing, Design and Engineering.
∎ Negotiate purchase orders and contracts with clients as well as supply chain.
∎ Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting business, establishing targeted market share.
∎ Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
∎ Knowledge of Application Engineering; labels, flexible packaging, Foil & all kind of Packaging Conversion processes.
∎ Sales & Operation for Foil & Flexible Packaging Business.
∎ Experience in any printing & packaging machine operating and troubleshooting skills
∎ and Inks and other raw materials used, formulation in foil & flexible packaging & complete color matching skills.
∎ Participate in trade shows & related activities.
∎ Ensuring timely payment from the customers.
∎ Looking for new products to increase company foothold in region.
∎ Ensuring profitability in each order and making sure to increase it.
∎ Train and develop the second line with in depth analysis of career path.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 26 years of experience in Foil & Flexible packaging Business
∎ Highly exceptional team handling skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of MS office, including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
∎ Fair knowledge of the assigned region.
∎ Good understanding of the product & Industry.
∎ Good time management.
∎ Ability to Interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is extremely crucial for this role.
∎ Commercial & technical analysis of sales order pre & post production.
∎ Exceptional communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Open to extensive travelling
∎ Knowledge of foreign languages will be added advantage.
∎ Customer Focus.
∎ Drive for results
∎ Managing & Measuring work.
