Job Context:
∎ Reporting To: Business Head
∎ Sub Function/ Function: Marketing
∎ Location/ Unit: Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position will be responsible for sales & business development of the International Region assigned.
∎ He / She will act as an independent profit center ensuring profitability & continuous growth in region.
∎ Target and acquire new customers in targeted markets.
∎ Develop and deliver presentation to customers.
∎ Retain and continue to grow existing customer base.
∎ Develop (Open) and close new sales leads.
∎ Develop and achieve Sales goals in existing accounts from established relationships.
∎ Present and sell to Purchasing, Marketing, Design and Engineering.
∎ Negotiate purchase orders and contracts with clients as well as supply chain.
∎ Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses, forecasting business, establishing targeted market share.
∎ Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, anticipating new opportunities.
∎ Participate in trade shows & related activities.
∎ Ensuring timely payment from the customers.
∎ Looking for new products to increase company foothold in region.
∎ Ensuring profitability in each order and making sure to increase it.
∎ Train and develop the second line with in depth analysis of career path.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 15-20 years of experience in marketing in Market Research Firms, FMCG, Multinational Buying House or Multinational Companies dealing consumer goods.
∎ Highly exceptional team handling skills.
∎ Strong knowledge of MS office, including Work, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
∎ Fair knowledge of the assigned region.
∎ Good understanding of the product & Industry.
∎ Good time management.
∎ Ability to Interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is extremely crucial for this role.
∎ Commercial & technical analysis of sales order pre & post production.
∎ Exceptional communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Attention to detail.
∎ Open to extensive travelling
∎ Knowledge of foreign languages will be added advantage.
∎ Having a valid Indian passport.
∎ Customer Focus.
∎ Drive for results.
∎ Managing & Measuring work.
∎ Ability to work under stressful situation.
∎ A self-starter, fast thinker, creative, innovative, industrious, result oriented with 'Can Do' attitude.
∎ Sales, Marketing with experience Distribution/Supply Chain Management
∎ Possesses a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends
∎ influence sales
∎ Persuasive and can easily influence others
∎ Good leadership and communications skills, both written and verbal
∎ Possesses good customer service skills
∎ Possesses good customer service skills
∎ Able to develop new sales strategies based upon prior experience
