Besides of real estate industry we have other business units such as AB Feed Mills Ltd. AB Engineering etc. and its market expansion has continued. ∎ Department: - Sales (Duplex)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work independently as a Team Leader of Sales & Marketing
∎ Sales planning, forecasting & determining sales strategies
∎ Making plan for individuals and group to achieve the sales target
∎ Manage all sales communication and requirements through effective management of the sales function
∎ Monitoring daily sales and client visit report from individual
∎ Plan coordinates and follows up promotional and even related activities for sales increase
∎ Establish solid client relationship & develop customer's service
∎ Set the revise policies on negotiation terms pricing, payment terms etc. as per direction.
∎ Identify new market opportunities and ensure the effective development and promotion of company
∎ Daily working report collects from individual and tries to find out the potential client and motivate them about their daily performance
∎ Collecting of competitor's position in the market with a view to prepare marketing strategy.
∎ Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team in achieving the goals
∎ Comply with all company policies, procedures, business ethics, codes of conduct to ensure communication and implementation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years of service experience with proven track record in Duplex/Flat/Luxury Apartment sales.
∎ The individual should have experience in the following area (s): Real estate industry, Group of Companies, Renowned Multinational Company.
∎ Able to show professionalism in most negative environment
∎ Strong leadership skill and believe in team building concept
∎ A can-do attitude is required to perform at highest level in this position and excellent presentation skills
∎ Stress taking ability and bear right mentality to meet the deadline
∎ An excellent communication skill (Written & Oral) in English is a must
∎ Focus on Problem solving and Analytical skill
∎ Computer literacy is a must along with advance knowledge in MS office suite.
