Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategic Planning: Develop and implement production strategies aligned with organizational goals, optimizing resources to achieve production targets efficiently.
∎ Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day production activities, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring, to meet production timelines and quality benchmarks.
∎ Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement.
∎ Quality Assurance: Ensure strict adherence to quality control measures and standards, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain product integrity.
∎ Cost Control: Implement cost-effective measures in production processes without compromising quality, driving efficiency and productivity improvements.
∎ Technology Integration: Explore and implement innovative technologies to enhance production processes, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
∎ Resource Allocation: Optimize human and material resources to achieve production efficiency, considering factors such as skill sets, workload, and machinery capabilities.
